About

Lida Moamaee was born in Iran in 1989, she graduated from Art University of Isfahan in Graphic Design. Her interest in art began from a young age, with her parents as her first art teachers.

She participated in drawing and painting competitions and was ranked 188 out of 99,560 participants in the 2007 national university entrance exam. After graduating in 2013, she founded “Pastel”, a visual arts institute teaching drawing, painting, and sculpture to various age groups.

Besides, she has participated in several group exhibitions and held her first solo exhibition in 2017 in Surrealism style. In addition to painting, she is active in handicrafts, illustration, sculpture, and character design.

She has collaborated with numerous companies and businesses in Advertising and Visual Identity. Currently, she volunteers as a Graphic Designer with Parastoo Magazine, a cultural and social monthly journal in Dallas, USA. 

She plans to pursue Motion Graphics and Visual Communication to enhance her skills and improve in a specific direction, utilizing her existing knowledge in a common field.

She is also interested in the study of women’s issues and rights and has researched the role of women in the media and the challenges of their presence then and now. Research
